The qualification provides skills and knowledge required to perform effectively as a manager, team leader or supervisor in any workplace with an awareness of management practices. Workers at this level operate at an advanced skill level and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers. Graduates of the Diploma of Management/Business will develop an understanding of the dynamics and principles underlying effective functioning of work groups, as well as the necessary skills to competently function within small and/or large organisations.

The Diploma of Business or Diploma of Management is a 6 month program for International students, and consist of modules equivalent to the first-year of relevant Bachelor degrees in Australian Universities. Therefore, on successful completion of your Diploma of Business or Management, you may be eligible to enter second-year of a relevant Bachelor degree in many Australian Universities. We blend knowledge from business research with knowledge from management practice to provide an effective business management education at certificate and diploma levels.
