The Australian Education Academy provides courses from certificate to diploma level in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management that is recognised Australia wide under the Australian Qualifications Framework. Australian Education Academy’s training facilities are spacious and well equipped with modern industry equipment, providing you with the opportunity to experience and practice a broad range of culinary techniques and procedures required in today’s industry.

Students will undertake a variety of practical, theory and on the job experience as part of the course, while learning about food, products and methods from around the world. Our staff are experienced industry professionals and will be there to assist you along the way.
