Hospitality Discipline Overview

The three hospitality courses which the AEA offer - Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery), Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery), and Diploma of Hospitality - include a work based training component to better provide students with employable skills and a practical understanding of the hospitality working environment.
