We are very happy that you have opened the door to what we hope will be, one of the greatest experiences of your life. The moment you step into our school you will feel the positive and friendly energy from our staff and students.
We offer flexible, innovative training that fits in with current industry practices. Our programs are engaging, stimulating and targeted to each industry so that students are able to achieve the desired outcomes. Most of our classes are small and you will get to know your lecturers on an individual basis. Through interaction with students from different backgrounds whilst you are completing your course of study, you will develop a wide range of skills; such as effective communication, leadership, teamwork, innovation and technical expertise, all of which may be used to realise a high standard of output in any given field.
As the Director of Studies at Australian Education Academy, my role includes:
- Providing academic support, guidance and training for lecturers and students
- Managing resources and maintaining the currency of each curriculum
- Observing and evaluating trainers, conducting staff appraisals and giving feedback
- Conduct internal audits on each syllabus every academic year
- Controlling the quality assurance of the academic programs
- Liaising with Heads of Departments and implementing continuous improvement for each academic program
- Giving feedback to the CEO and Management Team
- Participating in the growth and development of the institute
