Australian Education Academy Pty Ltd (AEA) was borne out of the vision of one man, Mr Dilshan Fernando, Chief Executive Officer & Principal, and commenced operations as a Registered Training Organisation (Provider No: 21552) in Ascot Vale, Melbourne in 2004, gaining CRICOS (Provider No: 02633F) accreditation to deliver to international and local students soon thereafter. Since that time, AEA has been delivering training and assessment services to both domestic and international students in the range of vocational areas such as business management, hairdressing, automotive, community services and many others.

Our vision, mission and strategic objectives is to achieve “Excellance in Education which will enable AEA to continue to grow and guarantee its future success

Governance and Quality
The elements of the institutes governance structure is to work closely with the Academic Board. The Academic Board consists of 5 academic members and they are responsible for ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standards of education

The Academic Board is structured to encourage active consultation with each Faculty Head as well as with the student body and other key areas

The Faculty’s Heads focuses on improving the quality of teaching and student learning.

Ultimately, the benchmark for any training organisation is ensuring vocational training is maintained to a specific quality standard

Continuous Quality Improvement
We are committed to continuously improving our quality of education.

An integral part of this is by setting clear objectives, implementing plans, and monitoring performance and progress.

Australian Education Academy’s educators remain abreast of ever-changing industry requirements through their participation in professional development, and all educators meet the human resource standards as set down under the Australian Quality Training Framework. Our educators also prepare all course and assessment materials in compliance with the AQTF Standards and Training Package requirements.

Scope of Registration
Australian Education Academy currently have 16 courses on offer covering a vast field of education.

We are continually researching new and exciting courses that would benefit our students both locally and internationally and will continue to expand under the guidance of the Academic Board in extending our scope of registration.
