AEA Institute has made available a number of scholarships annually to assist students experiencing financial hardship and/or educational disadvantage who are commencing full-time undergraduate studies for the first time ever, at any Victorian campus of the Institute
This award is given to an AEA employee for his or her exemplary efforts on behalf of the AEA during the past year. Successful candidate for AEA Employee of the Year Award must be made by a majority vote of the AEA Management Team and Academic Board Members. Any AEA employee (Except Management Team) is eligible for this award – regardless of full- or part-time status. Nomination for this award must come from a fellow employee of the company.
VETTRAK Coordinators are responsible to issue statement of results, monitor student attendances, updating student contact details, issuing of class lists and issuing confirmation of graduation letters.
Student Contact Officers will undertake your enrolment at AEA. They will also do the induction program with you and issue you with a student ID.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is a health insurance you and your dependants are required to purchase as a condition of your student visa.
Under this agreement, you pay an OSHC premium for the entire length of your course with your first instalment of tuition fees. This means that you are covered from your arrival in Australia.
Australian Education Academy Pty Ltd offers students recognition for skills and knowledge that they already possess. In this way, students may not need to attend all classes, but can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for some competencies. Where recognition is granted, the student may complete the course in less then the normal duration.
